It is important that the advice you receive is regulated and has oversight by the relevant regulatory bodies.
We are regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).
Fully regulated and licenced investment advice = Best advice
Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA)
The MFSA’s role is to regulate financial service firms providing services to consumers and to maintain the integrity of the financial markets in Malta. Malta has been a member of the European Union (EU) since 2004 and is therefore subject to the financial rules and directives handed down by the EU. For investment advice, the EU’s governing body is ESMA.
Templar has been licensed by the MFSA since 2015.
European Union (EU)
Because Malta’s national regulator − the MFSA − adheres to EU regulatory and supervisory standards, firms licenced by the MFSA can apply to benefit from the EU principle of ‘passporting’. This permits EU firms to provide financial services to residents of other EU countries.
Templar is passported into all EU countries.
